I am in the process of knitting one for myself and I'm having a hella time with the decreases. It just doesn't look right with changing some of the k to p and vice versa. Did you have any problems or is it just my spatial relationships?
I didn't have a problem changing from the K to P in making the hat. I'm not sure what to suggest.
